I could not be happier with Angela's Pilates instruction. Having studied under her for years in both private sessions and small class sessions, she has made a significant impact on my transformation (much stronger, leaner and improved posture to name a few direct results). Her sessions are challenging, empowering, and fun which are three key aspects I look for in a private session. Working with her since I was a Beginner student, I've always appreciated how attentive she is to correcting my form to ensure I am practicing safely.
